Fun ideas to brand your event...

Many of our Clients ask us to incorporate branding into their events.  Here are a few ideas and examples from recent events:

We wrapped the columns at the Air New Zealand check in counter with a "Step and Repeat" graphic promoting their MatchMaking Flight Party.  Matching "mobiles" hung from the ceiling.

We produced custom logo seat cushions and pennant flags for a
Vintage Homecoming theme.

Logo Pillows are a great way to brand a lounge. 

 Custom gobos and lighting effects add dramatic branding.

 Many of our theme props can be customized with client logos - such as our surfboards.

Logo'd cocktail napkins, coasters, stir sticks, glassware are all great ways to 
promote your company.

This vintage cooler with our client's logo worked great as a vase on the food buffet!

True Grit Event

Once again, we had the privilege to work with Jordan Winery on their annual Halloween Event. This year was TRUE GRIT! We created custom invitations inside Cigar Boxes that included logo'd bandannas wrapped around a DVD of the original movie, a rustic horseshoe and the Wanted Invitation.

A covered wagon and horses greeted the guests.

Guests entered the parlor and were greeted with a glass of Jordan Chardonnay by costumed staff.

Guests enjoyed our Shooting Gallery and the Gambling Hall.

Our Jail was also a hit! We also provided all of the lighting for the event.

The evening concluded with a kickin' dance and cigar party...

We've gone crazy for QR Codes. These high speed decoders are time savers, a great marketing tool and alot of fun. We've come up with a few ways to incorporate them into our decor to better help your guests explore and experience your event. We've used QR codes for clients on Staff Shirts, Throw Pillows & Custom Vases in Lounges, Centerpieces and our favorite - on Chocolates.

They are also fun to integrate into ice breakers or theme parties. You can have your guests scan a QR code for a Password into the event! 

 Our brides & grooms can do a QR code with a special message to their guests: "Thanks for sharing our special day"... There are so many fun ideas!! Contact us if you'd like to learn how we can help enhance your next event.

Sonoma Wine Country Weekend ~ September 2011

This year's theme was Homecoming and from tailgate decor, to a Custom Scoreboard backdrop, to the Glass Reunion Bar and the Ivy League Lounge - we had a great time creating a cozy Homecoming guest experience.

We love this theme ~ it's so fun to customize!  Our in house design team created the LOOK and FEEL and our production team handled the rest.  Great team effort for a fun and stylish client!

WWII / USO Theme Party

We had so much fun with this WWII / USO Theme Event.  James Torme and his jazz trio provided the entertainment.  Gorgeous staff in period hair and makeup added to the ambiance.   Beautiful tablescapes, custom menu & table cards, lounges, specialty lighting, etc. made this a night to remember!
